Little Set back or Big??

I was doing so good with my workout’s each day.. untill 2 weeks ago.. My band had a show & wow what a great show it was too.. WE had alot of Mech. sold & we got paid to play even longer.. and then after it was all over.. One of the members thought it would be fun for us all to take our turn in the DUNK TANK… I said NO…lol but felt silly because they all were getting in taking their turns.. So I got in… And after about 20 try’s I was under water!! SPLASH!! & OUCH.. Down to the bottom and hit my tail bone on the bottom.. but I am ok.. so I climb back up & get ready to get dunked again! just like before bam! down I go but this time I hit MUCH harder… I really hit hard.. But I shrugged it off & went on home.. In the night I wake up really hurting…. & cant hardly move without pain shooting up my tailbone.. Long story I have brused my tail bone & can’t do my workouts for a few weeks! I am feeling much better but still have to be VERY careful how & where I sit & get up. 1 bad move & I am in pain again.. I hope to start my workout next week, but I am really worried about the stuff on the floor.. because I can’t stand to sit on a hard surface & I don’t think I can do the Ab workout part & that is my “problem” area I most want to lose.. I am frusterated!!! Time will heal it but what to do until it is healed is my delima! Just wanted to rant a lil’ about it.. blah blah.. i feel a little better.. any Idea’s anyone? I’m all ears..

My First COMPLETE Workout!

Today I COMPLETED my very first work out in over a year!! I am so proud of myself !! I did a 55 min. work out DVD tape with Billy Banks Bootcamp.. and it is intence. I tryed to do this workout a year ago.. and I Could not do it.. I hurt so bad (out of shape) I quit. BUT NOT TODAY!! I felt good! the burn was a different feeling to me.. but i just worked throught it.. I did have a lil bit of trouble with a few of the moves but i just kept moving.. anyway… I feel like i have just made a mile stone.. physically! Yeah ME!!

I will do it again tomarrow!

New To This!!

Hi. I am 36 years young.. with a birthday less then a month away.. Also my 21st wedding Ann. is getting closer too.. I have gained about 35-40 lbs. in the last few years & it has really got me down. I used to be very active but after I had my sugery I just am not the same. I am now over 150 & i’m 5′ 1 1/2″ tall So that is not healthy for me at all.. I am just hoping to find some support here.. a buddy… I have been trying to lose by myself.. & i lose about 5 #’s & then gain it back plus a few more. I am tired of feeling bogged down & slugish with no energy.. I have never been this weight without being very pregnant. I hope to.. no let me refraise that.. I WILL lose these extra 35 or 40 lbs.. I am in the public a lot due to my job / hobbie, singing in a band.. we proform 4-8 times a month & I just am very self awear that I dont look as good or feel as good about myslef as i did just 3-4 years ago. I have gone from a size 5/6 to now a 9/10.. and to some that my seem still small.. to me it is not.. None of my clothes fit right.. I will NOT wear shorts in public nor a swim suite.. I am the mother of 3 wonderful children.. all of which were born C-section. so my tummy is a real problem for me.. I have no muscel tone & have a pot belly.. I HATE SO MUCH! I have tryed excersises but it is painful.. i need some pointers from someone that has had c-sections & can help me get those abs toned… so I am not ashamed of my body anymore.. so I hope this doesn’t sound like a bunch of pouting i just really need a freind that can support me & that I can hopefully too suposrt & encourage along the journy to a slim me soon… with happens to be my buddy slim URL.. slimmesoon..
